Refund Policy

No refunds will be given after registration dates have closed for T-Ball and Rookie division.
The NVLL President with the approval of the Board of Directors, retain the right to issue a full or partial refund for a justifiable reason during any period prior to the first game of the season, after which no refund will be issued for any reason. Justifiable reasons include: loss of job, military transfer, medical reasons, etc. Reasons not included disagreement with assessment, team placement, etc. 
At no point , will any refund be given if the player or their relative has been dismissed or suspended due to unsportsman like behavior or failure to comply with behavior guidelines.
