Easter Egg Hunt for ages 1-10 begins at 9am at Birch Elementary (T-Ball Fields)

Hot Drink Punch Cards will be for sale in the concession stand.  Purchase a punch card for $10.00, entitles you to 15 hot drinks at the concession stand.

Concession Volunteers

We are asking for at least 2 volunteers per team to work in the concessions stand.  Each team will be assigned a date and time to work at the Concession Stand.  If the volunteers from the assigned team do not show up to work, the Concession Stand will not be opened and the League (your players) miss that fundraising opportunity.  When assigned to snack duty, volunteers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to game time and need to remain until their relief arrives, or all games have concluded and players have had a chance to purchase snacks.  The concession manager is in charge of opening and closing he stand.  They may also assign a team parent to perform this task. Please support your league's Concession Stand.
